I just tested the whole process and everything seemed to be working great, except after I paid, my pixel appeared right away and I did not see it waiting for approval in my admin panel. I just downloaded the script as of last week.

There is a setting under Manage Grids when you edit your grid to approve and publish pixels automatically.
